Being an IT Support Assistant at the Michigan Robotics Institute, my role is to maintain and enhancing the institution's technological infrastructure. They manage tasks such as OS imaging, software installations, network troubleshooting, and hardware repairs. In research-intensive settings like the Robotics Institute, they support specialized systems, assist with integrating robotics hardware and software, and ensure seamless operations of advanced tools like simulation platforms and robotic arms. Additionally, they provide user training, address cybersecurity concerns, and contribute to optimizing IT workflows for innovative research and education.

• Skilled in working with and installing Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
• Working on softwares like Bluecat, Proteus, and TeamDynamix(UMich).
